Although it is located in the centre of Las Americas it is a very quiet complex. |
| It is in a prime position for walking in one direction to the fishing village of Los Christianos (which is now joined on to Las Americas) or the other way to the Marina at Puerto Colon and the twice weekly Market at Torviscas. The beach, bars and reataurants are only a few minutes walk away. |
